Return & Refund Policy Overview
At Heart N’ Soul Home, items can be returned to us for exchange or a refund if they have,
- arrived in a faulty, or damaged condition
- items received do not match the order description

parcel was damaged on arrival.

Items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

We will not refund or exchange for any change of mind purchase

A return request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your item. We will not be able to offer you a return, refund or exchange post 14 days.

You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.
Return Process
- Simply go to the Heart N’ Soul Home Returns Centre.

Enter your order number and your email address which was used when placing the order.
- Select Find Your Order
- Select the produce within the order that you would like to return; select next.

State the reason for the return. Note: You must include photo evidence to allow our customer care team to process your return request.
- Select how you would like us to resolve your request.
- State how you will return the items, you must include a tracking number when returning your item.
- Select Submit. You will see the below screen and will receive an email stating that we have received your request.
- Your request will be reviewed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your request.
- You will be notified if your request has been approved and next steps.
