Return & Refund Policy Overview 

At Heart N’ Soul Home, items can be returned to us for exchange or refund if they have, 
 

  • arrived in a faulty, or damaged condition 
  • items received do not match the order description 
  • parcel was damaged on arrival.  
     
  1. Items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
     
  2. We will not refund or exchange for any change of mind purchase    
     
  3. A return request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your item. We will not be able to offer you a return, refund or exchange post 14 days.  
     
  4. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.  

Return Process 

  1. Simply go to the Heart N’ Soul Home Returns Centre.  
     
  2. Enter your order number and your email address which was used when placing the order.

  3. Select Find Your Order  

  4. Select the produce within the order that you would like to return; select next.

  5. State the reason for the return. Note: You must include photo evidence to allow our customer care team to process your return request.

  6. Select how you would like us to resolve your request.

  7. State how you will return the items, you must include a tracking number when returning your item.

  8. Select Submit. You will see the below screen and will receive an email stating that we have received your request.

  9. Your request will be reviewed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to process your request.  

  10. You will be notified if your request has been approved and next steps.
